Aug 25 2010: Dungen (SWE) plays three shows in Finland

Swedish psychedelic rock band Dungen arrive in Finland late 2010 as part of their extensive world tour. The band will perform at Klubi, Tampere on November 24 and at Klubi, Turku and Tavastia, Helsinki the following nights, supported by domestic Kiki Pau.

Founded in 1999, Dungen combines 60s and 70s influenced progressive folk and psychedelic rock with an indie twist. Led by Gustav Ejsten, the band broke through in 2004 with their album "Ta Det Lugnt". Even though Dungen's lyrics are in Swedish, the band have earned an impressive following around the world and toured actively in Europe, Australia and North America with, for example, Fleet Foxes.

Dungen's sixth studio album "Skit I Allt" will be released in September. On their forthcoming North American and European tour, the band will play with, for example, My Morning Jacket and perform at ATP. Tickets to the forthcoming Finnish shows in November are available at Tiketti.
