Roberts formed his first band Appendix Out with his school mates in 1994. He offered their demo to Will Oldham a.k.a. Bonnie 'Prince' Billy and soon signed a recording deal with indie label Drag City. After three albums with varied line-ups, Roberts started to concentrate on his solo career in 2001. The beginning of his solo career also marked a transition from experimental sound to man & guitar expression. Roberts Alasdair has released five solo albums: the latest, "Spoils", was released last year.
The forthcoming concert is organized in cooperation with Sue. Tickets cost 42€ +possible handling charge and they are available at Tiketti and Lippupalvelu.
