Folk punk duo
Jaakko & Jay's debut album "War Is Noise" will be released in the UK & Ireland in May 2010 by
Xtra Mile Recordings, which is best known as Frank Turner's UK label.
"All of us at Xtra Mile are incredibly excited about working with the genius that is Jaakko & Jay, we can't wait to get the album out in the UK and have them back over here causing chaos", comments Frank Turner's manager and Xtra Mile label boss Charlie Caplowe.
Jaakko & Jay head out to Europe in the end of April, and will also play the Great Escape festival in Brighton, UK alongside acts such as Broken Social Scene, Marina & The Diamonds and Surfer Blood.
