Swiss one-man garage/rock'n'roll band Reverend Beat-Man will pay his first visit to Finland during Easter. Inspired by gospel, Robert Johnson and Screaming Jay Hawkins, the blues trash reverend will perform at Blues Trash Cabaret club at Bar Loose on April 3rd.

With his first performance dating back to early 80s, Reverend Beat-Man has released dozens of recordings both as a solo artist and as a member of several different groups. His fiercely primitive rock'n'roll sermons are built up with an electric guitar, a bass drum, a hi-hat and a mic.

In addition to his solo career, Beat-Man is a member of The Mosters, Die Zorros and The Coronets bands and he also runs a label called Voodoo Rhythm Records.

Bar Loose's billing will be completed with one of Finland's first and most performed burlesque groups, The Itty-Bitty Tease Cabaret. Reverend Beat-Man's visit is especially significant to Blues Trash Cabaret club as he is one of artists that inspired the founders to start the club. Reverend Beat-Man heard about the club and wanted to star one of its nights. Tickets to the show cost 12€ +possible handling charge and they are available at Tiketti.
