Swedish rockabilly band Fatboy's third album "Overdrive" is due on October 6 and the group will arrive in Finland later the same month to support the album release. Fatboy will perform at Lost in Music festival in Tampere on October 21 and at Korjaamo, Helsinki the following night.
Fatboy consist of six Swedish musicians who have all influenced in a variety of blues, country and rockabilly bands during their careers. The band started in 1995 as a live band only but with several extensive tours behind them and an ever-growing success, they decided to finally put out their debut album "Steelhearted". Their latest album "In My Bones" (2008) was a critically acclaimed piece and received, for example, 5/5 stars on Rumba. The first single "Bad News From Pretty Red Lips" of Fatboy's forthcoming album can now be heard on radio.
