RELENTLESS TO GO ON!
Relentless is a finnish punk rock band compining the best elements from 50’s rockabilly to this days energetic punk. The sound of Relentless is made by the hard work of three young players: Janne strumming the guitar and singing, Sami slappin’ the double bass and Jone beating the drum set. As all the three come from a little bit different backgrounds, the mixture is quite unique. Combined together the influences created a hard, swinging punk rock band and as fueled with aggressive lyrics, the sound of Relentless is ready!
The story started in spring 2006, when Relentless went to studio to record a demo tape, but ended up to release their first ep “Broken life”. After the release they got to play all around Finland, met some people and gained experience. During the summer an indie record label Fast Rock Factory contacted Relentless and wanted to publish their next release. Janne, Sami and Jone didn’t sit on their asses, but started to record full length album allready in December 2006 and in spring 2007 “Time of fools” saw daylight. Though, Fast rock factory has dropped out of business, it didn’t bother the three and at the moment in Febryary 2010, Relentless is finishing it’s second full lenght album.
Relentless, with it’s pretty unique style, is definitely something you don’t want to miss. Double bass compined with hard drumming and roaring guitar, will shake the whole concert hall, drive a rageous pit and make you "dance with the devil" to the beat of Relentless!
