CARROM TOURNAMENT

On their forthcoming Finnish tour, Disco Ensemble will organise carrom tournaments in local record stores of selected concert cities. Anyone can challenge the band members in carrom during these free form events and win Disco Ensemble -related prizes. The band will also answer questions from fans and sign autographs. Disco Ensemble's Finnish tour starts in Tampere on Monday and the carrom tournament dates and locations are as follows:

French electro duo Zombie-Zombie arrive at Finland in June to promote their newly-released debut album A Land For Renegades by playing altogether three concerts. The mini tour starts in Helsinki on June 10th and continues in Turku and Tampere on following evenings. Tickets: Helsinki 10 €, Turku and Tampere 7 €.

DISCO ENSEMBLE: MAGIC RECOVERIES

The eagerly-awaited third Disco Ensemble full-length Magic Recoveries is finally out today! The album can be purchased in record stores and at our webstore. Currently playing the last shows of their Central European tour, Disco Ensemble will embark on an extensive Finnish tour, the first one in years, on May 12th.

LOST IN MUSIC

The second Lost in Music -festival has announced its first performers. Occupying Tampere’s gig venues from October 22nd to 25th, the festival bill features Black Bile, Bloodpit, Disco Ensemble, I Was A Teenage Satan Worshipper, Ismo Alanko Teholla, Jesse, Kastor, Pintandwefall, Sturm und Drang and The Wrecking Queens.

Last year, Lost in Music took over 11 gig venues in Tampere and gathered together almost 100 bands, artists, dj’s and 10,000 festival guests. The ticket sale starts later in the summer. Lost in Music festival is organised by Fullsteam Agency and Music & Media.

The legendary American singer/songwriter Will Oldham aka Bonnie "Prince" Billy lays his first gigs in Finland in June. The first concert is held at Tavastia, Helsinki on June 25th and the second one takes place at Klubi, Tampere on June 26th. Tickets for Tavastia 20€ /22€ and for Klubi 17 €, pre-sale starts at Tiketti on April 30th. Tickets for the gig in Tampere can also be bought in advance from the concert venue.
